Think back to your childhood. Did you every use Play Dough? Squeezing the dough through the press to create shapes is basically the same concept used in the creating of aluminum extrusions. This process can be used to create shapes as wildly unique as those you came up with as a child. Have a unique idea than allow us to create a Custom cross-sectional aluminum profiles. Once the raw aluminum is pushed through the “die” at temperatures above 900° F and allowed to cool, you have a variety of finishing processes to choose from including fabrication, anodizing, and machining. If your project is unique, we can help you design an extrusion to fit your needs.
